FTS offers a number of basic pump styles which are used for transferring sealant and adhesive materials. Ram-fed pumps are used for medium to high viscosity material. The ram provides force to a follower plate which inturn drives the material to the pump opening. There are two basic styles or ram pumps: priming piston pumps and 2-ball pumps. Diaphragm pumps are used for moving lower viscosity sealants and adhesives. An FTS Representative will help you with your application needs.
